Casual class: entitles the student to the class booked. No refunds.
Term booking: classes are to be used within the term of purchase, by one (1) student, no transfers. Make up classes are to ONLY be used in the term of purchase. No refunds.
Class Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your class, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice, to maintain class credit.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs, will result in a loss of class credit.Ā
Class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online.
- If you are a no show the class will be forfeited.
- To cancel your class ā€“ Please sign in to Acuity to cancel the booking.
This policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class.
Variations: We may sometimes add to or change our terms and conditions.
This includes changing class times, teachers, operating hours on public holidays, our services and membership fees.
Reiki Course Bookings:Ā In circumstances, where course attendance is no longer feasible to the student, 24 hours notice via email is required (no cancellations via social channels) Course Enrolments can be transferred to a different date, as available. Fees can be carried over for 12 months from original purchase date. No refunds.
